You simply pay a one-off fee upon successful hiring, equivalent to a percentage of the candidate's gross annual package. This incorporates a Free Replacement Guarantee.
Accelerated retained search
This service attracts a fee equivalent to a percentage of the candidate’s gross annual package and is payable in stages according to the following fee structure:
- One tranche payable upon signature of our Terms of Business
- One tranche payable on receipt of candidate shortlist
- The final tranche is payable upon successful hiring
